UHV FLANGE (CF), DOUBLE-SIDED
Double-sided flanges are designed to be inserted between two standard flanges. These flanges are generally used to provide additional access ports to the system through the flange circumference. The user thus has the option of adding to his system up-to-air valves, thermocouple gauge tubes, or other accessories. Jet roughing pumps can also be installed in this manner.
